A fast-growing team within an international organization invited an NVC training to strengthen communication and trust during a period of rapid change.

The team wanted closer collaboration, a way to use conflict to get stuck conversations moving and better decision-making. They asked for a positive approach that would surface what was getting in the way of open, effective communication.
Individual listening sessions with each team member, then a 3-day group training in self-connection, honest expression, and empathic listening. The training used real situations from the team, including a group conversation about how decisions are made.
The team gained a shared picture of what was working, what needs were unmet, and which conversations they wanted to have next. Participants left with personal commitments, such as pausing to self-connect before difficult conversations, and team-level intentions such as regular dialogue about needs.
